• Re: Calculate totals of a Sharepoint List repeating table

I believe your sum will need to use the same filter. For example, if you're hiding rows where my:TotalHours > 0, your sum would look like this: sum(my:row[my:TotalHours > 0]/:my:TotalAmount) I'm attaching a quick sample that you can look at in Design and Preview. Hope this helps!

Im filtering the sharepoint list data in my view by hiding the rows. I just want to calculate the totals of the rows that is not hidden. Any idea?

  • Re: InfoPath Forces SharePoint Field to be Required

I've been noticing this issue a lot on my more complex SharePoint listforms. We are on SP2010 and IP2010. The issue seems to manifest itself on a publish but we may not notice it for a while. I've had a few theories as to the course, but it never seems to repeat under the same variables. I don't think I line up quite with ...

  • Re: Control/Limit Printing of Repeating Table Rows

Unless a more eloquent solution is proposed, I'll just let anyone interested to know, that I went ahead and created a field for every cell on my first page that will represent the first 5 rows of data. This is clunky but works. This way the form section always has 5 rows of data in it I'm sure that there's a ...

  • Expandable Sections in InfoPath using SharePoint List Form Template

Hi All, I am trying to create a form (using the SharePoint List Form Template) where different sections are shown / hidden depending on the answer chosen in a dropdown box. The first question on the form asks you to choose the "Type" and the choices are 'External' or 'Internal'. I have created a section for ...

  • Re: Control/Limit Printing of Repeating Table Rows

So sorry, I'll try again. Assume that there's a section of the form (print version) that has space for 5 rows of repeating data. Now, I have the filter working such that when there are more than 5 only 5 print (the filter works great) But what if I have only 2 rows of data. What I'm trying to support is an old ...
