Can I see your form? You can attach it under the Options tab in a reply.

When you say choice options, can you tell me more about what you mean? Is this a dropdown control? And the values available need to be combined from different lists? In general, we can only use one data source to provide options to a dropdown. If the difference is the data source used to provide the values, you could have a number of dropdown ...

Wow - I've not run into that before. Could it be some other browser setting causing this? Maybe have an affected user test with a different browser to see what happens?

See attached sample. Save it locally and then right click & select Design, from there you can preview. There's an option when selecting from repeating fields once outside the repeating node - you can choose "any occurrence", "all occurrences" etc. There's a screenshot in the sample form that should help you find ...

One client I work with who has a full trust form has instructions for how to manually update the form (same instructions I gave you, pretty much, but with screenshots) on the home page of their SharePoint site to help users ...

You may just be struggling with a cached template. Open InfoPath Filler, and under New, find one of the forms that is giving you an issue. Right click and select either get update or remove, then try again.

The data connection is just a normal list data connection? What is the item limit on the default view? Sometimes that blocks the number of items returned to your InfoPath form.
