Patrick has a good point of avoiding using code, but doing a submit from code is actually pretty simple. First, make sure you've got Submit configured, then, in your code, simply write:
this.Submit()
Let me know if this helped.

There are many ways of migrating your InfoPath data connections to the Forms Server (there is an excellent posting about it on The InfoPath Team Blog:http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/archive/2006/06/14/631088.aspx) The simplest of them is the Web service proxy:http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/archive/2006/07/03/655611.aspx. I am confused, do you get a problem when you open the from from InfoPath client? It would help if you could post a step-by-step scenario of what exactly you are doing, what the result is and what you expected to happen.

I've just sent you an e-mail with my address.

Would it be possible for you to share out your form along with the exact details of how you are publishing it? Thanks!

I am not familiar with MOSS, but how are you deploying your form? If your form has domain trust settings and you are publishing it from InfoPath (into a document library), your form does not have all the permissions. For example, you would not be able to directly access cross-domain web services or run business logic.

I see, sorry, I didn't notice that you have done admin deployment. Still, I am not getting the issue you are seeing. This is what I have done:
1. Go to the Sharepoint Central Administration, upload my form
2. Activate it into my personal site collection
At this point, the form is available in the FormServerTemplates but you cannot save it. ...

Actually, I am not sure why you are seeing this behavior. Did you open the web from directly after publishing it? Here is what I tried:
1. Design a form in InfoPath with a ''close button''
2. Publish it to a new document library
3. Set the document library to open forms in browser (as opposed to the rich client) via advanced properties
4. Create ...

I am not sure I understand what the problem is. You have a button that is supposed to close the form. When you click it, the server tells you that ''the form has been closed''. Are you expecting a different behavior? I do not believe that the Forms Server would close the browser window (like the InfoPath rich client would do) but it's pretty much ...

Do you have a user picker in your form? The logs you pasted seem to indicate an error related to retrieving active directory user properties.
It would be nice if you could attach your form and/or a screenshot of the error you are getting, as well as little more details on how you're getting the error.
