Hi Mattpalmgren,
I'm sorry to hear about the errors you are receiving. According to Hilary's webinar InfoPath: Migration Issue from SharePoint 2010 to 2013, the 5566 error is a common issue on a SharePoint 2013 environment. One solution for this error is to convert the data connection to a UDCX connection and add an ...

Hi Gus,
Please check Hilary's blog: qRules SubmitToSharePointList and a Person or Group Column type. Although this guide uses a SharePoint 2010 environment, the logic still holds true for SharePoint 2013 sites. You may replace the prefix -1;# with whichever prefix is used by your SharePoint 2013 site (i.e. i:0#.f|membership). Hope this ...

Hi Tanetoa,
Have you tried using a Double Eval technique to concatenate recipients in a single field? If not, I would strongly recommend that approach. Kindly check the form I am attaching for your reference (download form > right click > open in design mode).
Hope this helps.

Hi Susan,
I am attaching a form which uses a hidden field (field 3) as basis if items in field 1 did repeated or not. A repeated value returns1, and if it did not repeat, field 3 is equal to 0. Hope this helps.

Hi, if you place the button outside of the repeating table and then set a value for a field within that table will set the whole column to that value. When this column is triggered, it will update each specific row's target field.

Hi, the logic still holds true even for querying. So you would need to have a trigger button which sets a hidden field to query a database based on a specific column from that row. Since we are dealing with repeating tables, the set value action from the hidden field will be able to identify which target field for the specific column and row it ...

If the ID is blank, a new entry will be created. If the ID has been declared, the SubmitToSharePointList will update the corresponding fields on that particular row (overwritten). If the ID declared does not exist, an error will be returned. You may want to check this blog for more info: ...

Hi tplee, here is the form in IP 2010 in case you still need it. As for your new problem, are you attempting to update a column using a formula upon button click? for this one, you will need to use a hidden field and set an action to setting the target field's value based on the formula. You can trigger this formula by adding a condition that ...

Hi Rommel,
Each SharePoint list row has an ID (go to your list settings, under views click All Items > check ID > click OK). This is what you will need to declare/specify whenever you decide to update a SharePoint list - assuming you have an ID field mapped on your form. The SubmitToSharePointList command should be able to update whichever ...

Hi Sean,
I'm glad you were able to resolve the issue. Validation rules and "cannot be blank" fields will prevent users from submitting the form since they are required, but a work around using the ClearErrors will allow you to submit forms in case you are allowing users to save their work (using a save button with this ...
