Hi Kelz1004 and welcome,
I talked to Clayton Cobb about this and we came up with one idea to get all users in SharePoint. Basically, you're going to want to just add a data connection to retrieve data from an XML Data Connection and type in http://www,domain.com/_vti_bin/owssrv.dll?Cmd=Display&List=<X> where <X> is the ...

Hi Kalyan,
We provide qRules to the InfoPath community. qRules does this for you and it's free. Here's a link: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules.aspx

Hi JWoah12,
You don't need code to do that. Create a data connection (Tools->Data Connection) to retrieve data from the SharePoint list. Double click the dropdown in the view and choose to populate from the external data. You can even choose to have the display and value be different.

Hi Jay662,
Have you tried the mergetext aggregation function? In the promoted properties dialog there's a dropdown and you can select merge or merge text. I forgot the exact name.
In general, SharePoint does not support repeating structures well. Eventually, you will need to move your data to SQL. Qdabra has a very inexpensive Web ...

Hi Justan Ewbie,
We all think FormsBridge sucks. Seriously, you should just get a real Web Service like Qdabra's DBXL. :)
Now, if you are only concerned with converting PDF to InfoPath, guess what? That's hard. No software company is going to do that well. That's because PDF is a two dimensional format. InfoPath is HTML markup. When ...

Hi ZaiZai,
Sounds like a bug. We saw some formatting issues in 2007 too and reported them. Are you sure you have the latest service pack of 2007 installed? There was an attribute in the XSF that controlled some e-mail options for 2007 which was not present in 2003. I seem to recall that you need to manually add this but I don't remember ...

Hi senthilkungumaraj and welcome.
InfoPathDev offers free forums to help people with InfoPath, SharePoint and Qdabra issues. We do not offer free forum support for general coding questions.
BTW, I can't think of why you would want to delimit the XML. XML is already delimited. Just parse using the tags that it already has. .NET is your ...

Hi Ian,
I have responded to the other thread you posted with a similar question. I thnk Word Smart Documents are a way to get XML data into Word. Word should load the entire XML so all of the hidden ones will also be transferred and imported.
Still the question remains: why are you exporting to Word?
Perhaps InfoPath is not the best tool for ...

Hi Ian,
Thanks for hanging in there. Have you looked at using XML Smart Documents? In other words, binding Word to an XML using an XML Schema? Then, you can save your forms to a server and have Word open them. That's a lot easier than going through Excel.
Unfortunately, we're not Excel and Word MVPs here. This forum is for InfoPath. You ...

Drag it over anyway (as a text control, for example) and then right click and try to change the control.
