Hi DunkelBlau and welcome,
You could just change the default list view to not show the "Created By". Is that good enough? Go to Form Library Settings and there should be a place there to modify Views and edit the Default view to not have the Created By column in the list. Simple thing.
You can't control this from InfoPath. ...

Hi PMajor,
This is pretty simple to do in code. You just get the location of the solution. Send us a donation for $25 (Qdabra.com -> Products -> Support) and we'll spend the 30 minutes to dig out the code and send you a sample. I'm assuming you are ok with .NET but if not, just say so. Javascript doesn't work for browser forms. ...

You should look at the Import functionality. In the InfoPath 2003 SDK there is a sample of how to use ImportFiles (or Merge Forms) to import forms of different schemas. You can do this without code but you'll need an XSL and XSD (which you already have) to transform and validate the incoming data. The XSL is the hard part but you can look at ...

Hi KCM,
Browser-enabled requires SharePoint which is typically installed on a server. It wouldn't make sense to install SharePoint on laptops. Much cheaper to install InfoPath. Oh, that's easy. Just add a repeating table or section to your form to keep the assignees name, date-time of assignment, and status. The repeating section can be hidden to the user (or read-only) and you can add a rule to automatically insert the new item when they submit with a new assignment. To insert automatically without writing any ...

No they don't require Full Trust but they do require Admin Deploy.
If InfoPath Forms Services and the Web Services are on different servers, you have a double hop issue.

Not enough information. Are you using InfoPath forms or Web-based forms? If the latter, did you check the SharePoint error logs? We'd have to look at your SharePoint config. This is not really a forum question since it requires diagnosing. More of a SharePoint debug issue. Purchase a support incident from Qdabra.com (under Product -> ...

Hi Witzer and thanks for the complement,
I'm not sure I understand your scenario exactly, so here's a few points:
A good Web Service will return the correct WSDL for the data and you won't have to do any parsing of strings... In other words, you'll see the XML show up in the data source pane if you select the data connection ...
