Pop the form open in design mode on an InfoPath 2007 machine and walk through the database connection again. I think I remember seeing that InfoPath 2010, even though the form was saved as IP 2007 compat, was doing something hinky with the data connections.

Yes - if you are getting a blank email, it would be because of the version mismatch - at least we saw that with Outlook 2007 and IP 2010.

Ok, then Report Builder won't work. Report Builder requires the forms to already exist in DBXL.
You could use the DBXL Standalone Edition to download those files from the remote SharePoint form library. Here's a training lab on that scenario:

Otherwise, you could simply ...

Thanks Ernesto! I'll give the Report Builder a try.
A little more background...the 300 forms have over 150 fields. I think I used the wrong term 'shredded'...i'm new to Qdabra. The forms have not been imported into DBXL...they are just residing in a sharepoint library. I need to dump the data to excel ...

Hi-
You would need to establish a filter on the base node in the mapping file, such as [my:Quantity != 0]
Hilary discussed this in another thread: here's the link in case the info there helps in your scenario:

Hope this helps!

If an XML form (in a SharePoint form library) is deleted, its related SharePoint list items will NOT be deleted from the list. In order for qRules to execute, the form must execute actions (rules).
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I think the ideal solution is to troubleshoot the shredding failure and fix it. With every shredding failure there's likely an error getting written to the server's Event Viewer log and this might provide further details on the failure.
Unfortunately, DBXL does not have a way of automatically creating the database mappings, so it ...

I have 300 xml forms that have not been shredded... I need to export the data in those forms to excel so I can clean it up and then upload the clean data a new infopath form. Is there an easy way to do this?
Ideally, I wouldn't have to do any database mapping a direct export to excel would be great. Another option, I ...

Hi,
the form is located in a network drive and it retrieves and submits to a MS Access Data base.
From what I know in order to work it needs to be fully trusted.
When I'm configurating the email submition and choose "only this view" it shows Capture.jpg.
then because this paragraph I've checked the ...

What is that screenshot of? Why is the template full trust?
