Hi Irene, There was nothing wrong with your command. But something in the form design was causing the problem. What did I do? (see attached form) I removed the CommandUsed node and had the rule set Command directly, in one action. Why this works I have no idea, but we will investigate. Thanks for your patience!

I don't know of a way to prevent download of attachments. This is one of the reasons why we've developed qRules, but I haven't tested it in IPFS.

When you reply (don't use Quick  Reply) there is a tab called Options. Switch to it to attach a form. Thanks!

Hi Irene, thannks for trying qRules. The screenshot didn't come thru; can you try again? Or, alternatively, attach the form template (if it lacks anything sensitive, of course). Insert requires a /count parameter. Can you try adding it?
