What command do you use to ''add a new form to the spreadsheet''. After creating the map then there should be an ''Import'' command to import additional XML files.

You're welcome. This was a good opportunity to explain the new mail features. :)

The entire XML will always be attached. The only thing that is view specific is also putting the view into the body of the mail message. However, that only happens when using InfoPath's built in email functionality (not email submit).
When you say you want to email with a specific view do you mean you want that view in the email body, or do you ...

It sounds like you have created an MSI which publishes the XSN to a specific folder on the user's machine which matches the folder structure on your machine.
1) Are you sure that you are exactly overwriting the previously installed XSN?
2) Double-check that the version number of the new XSNs is incrementing. This should happen automatically when ...

This is the ''Name'' property on the form. It is automatically set when you save the file, but you can manually change it through the File::Properties dialog so you don't have to match your XSN filename.
From that dialog you can also set a category for your template which will appear on the left of the Form Gallery Dialog when opening new forms.

I'm a little confused. Does the dropdown show the list of projects, and then when you select the project below that is a repeating table showing the tasks and their status? Thx.
-
Could you tell us the exact InfoPath version and IE version on the machine where you experience the problem? Thx.
-
Hmm. I'm at a loss now. There is clearly something wrong with the configuration on that machine. Have you tried a third machine just to check if it works elsewhere?

Ah ok. There are two ways to get the "schema" into Excel.
Option 1) The easiest is to just open your form, save an empty data file. Then in Excel instead of mapping to an XSD you can also map to an XML file. It will interpret the XSD schema from the sample XML file you created from InfoPath.
Option 2) To get the actual XSD from ...
