 Thanks. Could you also attach a screenshot (or describe) what the user sees? Is it a completely blank page, or does the user see the form controls and they are empty? Also, I misread the original message. When you say "Add and Write permission in the Permission tab of DAT tool" - shouldn't the user also have Read permission?
