donstephen,
I would like for the user to be able to click on "New Document" and have the form appear. This did not happen after I clicked the "New Document" option. How would I go about resolving this? I think that it might be something to do with the form settings but I am not entirely sure if the security ...

You're welcome remigiuszmarian. Regarding the image, you would need to click on "new document" to add a form, but I am guessing that what you want on this page is the view of the form itself. For the first question, where would that data come from? I'm the domain admin as well, but is there some where in Qdabra that I need to establish which AD attributes to query?
Edit: I was able to determine where to add the max result size value, and am now getting the correct number of results populating my drop down. Still would like ...

I think the URL looks something like this: http://<servername>/FormServerTemplates/<FormName>.xsn
But, to be sure, you could open a blank, new form (for the admin deployed form) and check the XSNLocation parameter (in the URL bar). This should give you the exact URL to the XSN.
