Hi Patrick.
Thank you. This is kind of a weird one... I have this secondary data source (HDTicket_Fields) and the following fields selected:
- ID (*Decending)
- User (*person field)
- Category (*Project, Issue, etc)
- Status (*open, closed, In Process, etc.)
So the the ID I speak of is not the SharePoint ID, It is this unique ticket# of ...

Hi, We use INFOPATH for many forms in our health facility, one of these is as a purchase order which works very well.
We have been asked by our auditors to have the form as a Requisition for general staff to complete and submit.
Is there any way to have the form name change from Requisition to Purchase Order when the submit button is hit so ...

Great, thanks!
So - I'm having trouble understanding where you are setting the price and title - I'm not seeing any rules that are doing that. Perhaps that is in the form code?

So - how are you doing the above? You have rules to set the main data source ...

They click "new document".
They scan the UPC on the product to the UPC field (tab order 1).
They then google the UPC and find a product title, product description and retail price for ...

Hi! I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by "query na list" - what is that? And when you say that this doesn't work, I'm assuming you are doing this via code - what is not working? You aren't getting the results you expect? Some other outcome?

Hello & welcome! What version of InfoPath are you using? Where is the description stored? A SharePoint list? My thought would be that you need a data connection to that list (if you don't already have one) and you'd be able to get the data and copy it into the form - but there are a lot of variables here based on the structure of the ...
