It's difficult to know what corrective action to take without knowing what "maintenance work" was done on the server. From the error message, it seems your stored procedure was deleted. Can you restore it? If I were you, I'd go thru the deployment steps for your solution and see if that fixes it. Hopefully you are the creator of ...

Sorry for the back and forth, and thanks for hanging in there. I don't think your form is necessary at this point since we won't have access to your data source (Sharepoint list). I usually use rules, and not code, but the result should be the same.
Anyway, I think I've seen the problem.
It is interesting that your <query> ...

Hello,
It sounds like you are facing a permissions issue. Somehow, you have permission to one site collection or to some subsites, but not this specific one. And that's why you can't puslish the form. SharePoint permissions are tricky business; hopefully there is an administrator in your organization who can troubleshoot this with ...

Good luck.

Then, when the form is reopened, your name remains intact because the rule to set the field only executes when the field is blank. Promote this field and use it as your name when submitting the ...

Hi Daniele,

There has to be an investment of some sort on your part: whether you spend the ...

The forum will let you attach certain file types via the Options tab (do not Quick Reply). I don't think an XPS is allowed (I can't open it on my machine either).
You could just paste the queries you've generated. That should be enough to show me whether you selected the QueryColumns or not.
Thanks.

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the question, but can't you just have an attachment control inside a repeating section? See attached template.
