I don't think this is going to be possible out of the box. It may be better to use a tool that generates PDFs from InfoPath (like Muhimbi) and use SharePoint Workflow to send your emails.

When I look at your form's schema, I see the attached - these are multi-selects. You aren't going to be able to associate a given qty w/ a given price in this structure. You need to change your list.

Any chance I can see a copy of your form? You can attach it under the Options tab in a reply. In general, when I'm trying to debug something like this, I disable one rule and test, then disable another and so on. Does the unoccupied beds field use a default? Or are there rules on overcapacity and remaining that set it? If you use rules on ...

If you want to use the same value in later formulas, could you use the same substring-before formula? Sorry, I'm having a hard time understanding w/out a sample form.

Oh, it's repeating, sorry, I missed that. Are you just displaying this? If so, use a calculated value for the display and use the substring-before formula there. If you attach your template under the Options tab in a reply it will be easier for me to see what's going on.

Use substring-before(fieldhere, "T")

What are the data types of these repeating fields in the list? I'm confused about the structure of this. I would think you would instead want to set these columns to just be numbers, and then you could have the form manage multiple items. There isn't going to be an easy way to know which qty should be multiplied by which amount.....

I should have mentioned it was there - glad this got you sorted!

Did you try the template I attached to my last post?

Sorry, I should have paid more attention to your filter - you actually want to filter on Role, right?
