Thanks, I tried that a few times but no luck. Eventually what I just found out is that when I brought up the form by clicking on "Title" [supposedly "linked to Edit item", according to my view settings], the button was invisible. But when I added a field to my View settings for Edit - Linked to edit item (or whatever) - then ...

Sounds like it's better to use individual fields to come up with that desired layout. Thank you for providing the link on how to publish checkboxes to SharePoint library. Sorry this is my first time to create checkboxes in InfoPath form library. I wonder if you can have any sample form for this, it would help a lot. Thanks again for all ...

You don't have any formatting or anything on the button? I'd make another change to the form, like add some text at the top or something, and republish again. That would at least let you know if the issue is the button / table rows / form not actually publishing, etc.

So - you may want to use individual fields instead of a list box / multi-select to achieve your desired layout. I have never had this happen before. I created a new, simple, custom list with 2 columns. I then went Customize in Infopath. I customized the form, adding several buttons, in newly inserted Rows in the table. I successfully published the form. But when I view the form in the browser, although I can see blank space representing the newly ...

Hi,
Thank you for your quick response. I am using check boxes with multiple selections in a form library. I wonder if I can move around checkboxes inside on field like the attached design in a two-column, it would be great so that I don't have to create more than one field for each checkbox instead of creating all checkboxes in ...

So - do you mean change the order of the options in the list box? What provides the data for your multiselect? Is it something that has been hard coded? Or a secondary data source? Is this a list form or a library form?
-
Sorry - I don't know what "FSO access" is? Does that mean you can't go look at the list that the form is using for the secondary data? That wouldn't work tho - you'd at least have to have read access to have been able to create the data connection at all. Attach a copy of your form under the options tab if you'd like ...

Hi Hilary,
Thanks for the response. I have this section where 9 fields pull data from a secondary data source including the description field (which has now stopped pulling data in the browser) and displays in the main form where the remaining data is filled based on these 9 fields. All 9 fields were working fine until last week but ...
