Do you need just direct memberships or do you need a recursive check? User Joe is a member of Group A, Group A is a member of Group B. Do you require the list to return A and B, or just A?
-
IsUserMemberOfGroup checks the membership of the list to see if it contains the user. It does not actually get a list of groups the user is in. But we can add this as a feature request for a future version.

Add the DBXL account to the WSS_Admin_WPG group. And if the error still occurs, make sure the account has permission to access the SharePoint SQL content database.

Is the DBXL app pool account a member of the WSS_WPG group?
Is DBXL installed on the same server as the SharePoint site being submitted to? (same server can use 'Object Model', remote server requires 'Web Service')

I'm glad you were able to figure out the permissions problem. I have investigated the issue with the naming, and believe I may have another solution. The problem is that the Name value must be unique within the library. DBXL uses the DBXL Document ID as the name so conflicts should not occur. Renaming in workflow ...

The following information will help in diagnosing the problem:
1) SharePoint Server Farm configuration (how many servers and where components live...)
2) Where is DBXL installed (web front end, application server, etc...)
3) Is DBXL installed on the same website as SharePoint?
4) Are you using webservice or object model for SharePoint ...

What types of things are you wanting to do on a separate thread? The InfoPath 2003 object model isn't thread-safe and I am not sure about IP2007.

selectSingleNode will return null if the node specified by the xpath is not found. In this case you probably need to remove the '/' before my:HuInput so instead use selectSingleNode("my:HuInput")
-
My previous response left out the GetListItemsStrResponse in the xpath.
"/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/ns1:GetListItemsStrResponse/ns1:GetListItemsStrResult/Rows/row"
You may want to display the node.innerText inside the loop.
-
You definitely need the dfs and ns1 in your namespaces.
Try using the following in your selectNodes("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/ns1:GetListItemsStrResult/Rows/row")
