I'm sorry for missing this post and for the terribly long delay in responding.
The qRules RenderForm command will do this but requires Full Trust.
Qdabra also has a new web service launching soon which will allow you to send a form as MHT or PDF.
Thanks!

I believe this was a duplicate of the issue found here: http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/t/27091.aspx

Resolution for this issue was to not use browser toolbar to Save and use rules instead to make sure that the correct fields are populated via rules in the form (not default values).

I want to format the date from MM/DD/YY to MMMM dd, yyyy in the browser. I have learned that I can not do this via msxsl:format-date because it only works with InfoPath Filler. However, I can't find a workaround. Does anyone have any suggestions that doesn't require using a third party tool?

Thanks, I think that's what I'll have to do, although I'll create my own asterisk image or something as the inbuilt one is I think too small and often missed.

Hello nixter,
I'm not sure yet what's causing the problem. There might be some conditions that are oreventing your form from functioning properly, so here is a short video of a cascading drop-down approach we use. There are categories to choose from that filters out choices, which is practically similar to what you want to have on your ...
