In your data connection w/ your CAML template, in the XML, you have added some attributes. You need to have rules on those to set the appropriate fields. See attached.

Have you put the QdabraRules Error node on your form so you can see if there is an error there? If your form currently closes on your button rules, you'll want to change that temporarily. Is this an actual submit button with submit rules? Or a regular rules button? Is postback set to always on the button?

You could do this in an InfoPath form displayed as a webpart, I'd guess? You could just query the list - use a count formula with a filter to count just the passed tasks, and count w/out a filter to get the total.... See the attached sample. I'm using main data source fields, but you could add a data connection to your list and do ...

Try this sample. Save it locally, right click and select design, then preview. You can change the date time that is autopopulated in the first field to experiment with the validation on the second field.

You have rules set to set attributes in your CAML template - copyID and copyProficiency - but you don't have any rules on those attributes to set the CAML fields. :)

Yes, it is just a bit more tedious. First, your values can't be hardcoded in - you'll need to use secondary data source like my example (probably XML is the easiest). Then your filter has to specify each field. Feel free to attach a sample if you'd like a hand - you can attach a form under the options tab in a reply.

That is very odd & I've not seen it before. Does this reproduce on any other forms / form libraries?
-
This is using Save from the ribbon? Or are you submitting the form to the library? If submitting, does the form actually update? What's the "Source" in the URL parameter when you open a saved form? You don't have to actually post it, just check to see if it looks like a valid link.... how do you open your saved forms to edit them?

Also - here is a basic template that should help show you how executing a rule on a field inside a repeating group will execute the rule for each row. It's a filler sample, so it is just using a pop-up action to demo the concept. Save the file locally, right click and select preview to try it out.

Can you attach a copy of your template? Under the options tab in a reply.
