You may want to try using a rule which re-calculates the links whenever the drop-down field changes. Please check if this approach would work for you, if not, kindly attach a sample of your form so we could investigate further.

Would it be possible for you to attach a sample of your form (options tab > add attachment)? I'm sure this is possible but would like to see how your form is set up so I could give you a clearer solution.

I've noticed that Report Builder 3.0 only returns values from the default view of the list. Does your default view actually have any items in it?

Have you walked through the code in a debugger? On which line is the error occurring?

Hi nine1987, follow Hillary's instructions posted above:
Save the linked file locally (right click link, select save as). Navigate to the locally saved file. Right click the file and select Design - then you can open the form in design mode.
