Any chance you can attach a copy of your form in a reply (under the Options tab)?

So the form submits to the library as well as email? I'm wondering if right now you are just submitting to email. If you change to submit using rules, you can submit to multiple data sources.

You'll need code (or qRules) for this - there is nothing out of the box to add rows to a repeating table. But if all you need is validation, you might be able to do that with a custom pattern - can you provide more info on what a valid set of values might look like?

Oh, wonderful - I was hoping to have time to look at your template but this week has been super busy. Glad you figured it out!
-
But I did. I provided a link to a code sample - that should be all you need. Did you have issues implementing this in your form? If so, can you give me some specifics?

Oh, I'm sorry - I don't understand the question. To publish a qRules form as a browser form in SharePoint, you have to be a site collection admin. I'm not sure what a govt. network is?

So - this sort of depends on the details. Do you mean you need the labels in Spanish instead of English? Or you need to give the user a choice of language? We oftentimes use XML data sources for translations - you can store the label values in the various languages you want, then add some logic to display the right one. I'm attaching a simple ...

Tricky. That's because this is a multi-select, I think. See the attached screenshot - when you create your formatting condition, you likely need to display the advanced view for the data source, then select all instances.

You could maybe have a single doc library these submit to and promote a field indicating where you'd like them to go - then use workflow to move them to the correct library.

Ah, I think we dealt with this one via email - sorry I'd missed this original post! - the issue was the namespace in the XSLT - the namespace for the "my" prefix changed from one template to another (expected) so the XSLT needed to be updated to reflect that.
