Currently I have a form that a user will enter a price and quantity and then it will calculate the total cost.

Ugh- I'm sorry, I can't think of what else it might be. What is your IE zoom setting? I don't think that would affect IP tho. Did you mention already what versions of everything you have, in case someone else knows? IP 2007? Windows ... 7? IE version?
