Perhaps an easier approach is to have the form automatically show check-in/check-out status and automatically check-out the form if it is not already checked out.
We have an XTP that does this. http://www.qdabra.com/en/forms/QdCheckInOut.aspx
If you already purchased qRules, we can give you a discount on this. Please email support ...

Open your form in the InfoPath designer.
Switch to the Edit view, go to properties
Go to the Print Settings tab
Set the print view to the display view
This means that SharePoint will use the view that you specify here as the display view when you are opening the form in the browser.
This will only use it when viewing the form ...

Hi Sushil,
Yes, you should use a repeating group node with a question field underneath it and a default value on a totals field (above the repeating group) that calculates the total number of questions answered. You can use the count function that is built into InfoPath with a condition check inside to see if an answer was set.

Hi Julie713 and welcome,
The lack of a quick answer probably means people are shoveling snow or pruning trees or something like that (it's the weekend)...

I can show you how to do that, but it would take 15 minutes. qRules Insert command takes a /row parameter that allows you to insert them and you ...

The calculated value box (in another form which imports the original field) is formatted as "Text" and I do not see a way to do define it any differently.
Following your advice, I changed the original field to rich text.
Now, in the other form the text I am getting is ...

I thought this would get a quick answer! Does the lack of response mean the simple need to print a clean InfoPath form via SharePoint (without Filler capabilities) is an impossibility without 3rd party intervention? I find that amazing but would like to know.

Hi folks,
I am quite a newbie to InfoPath 2010 designer. I have been asked to generate a questionnaire form and have it published in SharePoint. The form has several sections and each section having several questions with only responses Yes, No, N/A. Later, I have to get total Yes count for each section. I have entered a rule ...
