Issue 1:
Are you attempting to count the total of both sections? Boys + Girls? Create a field outside both repeating sections and set its default value to count(boys) + count(girls) screenshot attached.
Issue 2:
There are 3 lines of white space inside the repeating section, you can delete 2 of them, there must be at least 1 line ...

So, finally I can upload forms to Sharepoint, and fill it in. But now I have a problem.
I have a admin account on Sharepoint, and also a viewer account.
When i have fill the form in with the viewer account, and I press on submit I can edit it. But I dont want that, I want that only the Admin can edit the Infopath form...

Yes that was exactly the problem.
The reason for it to be architected this way was basically that I needed inputs from different departments regarding the same KPI. So more than one department could make an update at the same time, but would only update the value for their own department.

Person 1 opens form and see's data
Person 1 changes data
Person 2 opens form and see's original data
Person 1 saves data
Person 2 changes data
Person 2 overwrites Person 1's updated data
I would have to question why you data is architected to allow this to happen, assuming ...
