The CougarnetID In the main data source will not get a value. At the Query Items rule on form load, The rule here is setting the CougarnetID for the Query Fields of the data connection (this filters the query based on the current user's ID). I'd like to ask if the debug section I added below contain any values?

Thank you for the additional information. At the Form Load rules, I have added 2 new rules. The first one queries the items from the Program Student Information1 data connection based on the field1 data. The issue I think is with the set value which should not be filtered. Please check this form instead.
I have added a debug section below to see ...

Kindly download the XSN, right click and open in design mode, and preview (click F5). That should do the trick.

Hi Andy,
I have updated you form. Could you try this and see if the Admissions-GradDegree gets populated? If it doesn't, then there must be an issue with the username() function. Let me know how it goes.

Hi yuzarive,
To my understanding, you would like to get the total sum of all items under the Price field. Is the sum(Price) formula not working for you or would you like to add condition/filter to your sum formula? (I am only seeing the second picture so I 'm not quite sure on what to provide you with)

Hi renatois,
Apologies for not seeing the real issue here. For cases like this, I would recommend using a calculated field and set an error message based on a field's status (i.e. Hide the error message or calculated field if Title is not blank). You could also add logic at the submit button to hide or show error ...

Hi renatois,
It looks like you have the Title field which is a required field left blank upon submitting. Is this field displayed on the canvas? I am assuming that you are using a Custom SharePoint List form which is why this field is required. You may populate the Title field using the submit button and set its value with a unique ...

Hi bmatthew,
Yes this is possible however you would need to query the GetUserProfileByName web service to query the email and afterwards set the value of the email address field based on the selected user. More info can be found at this thread: How can retrieve email address from the Infopath people/Group picker.
Hope this helps.
