Oh, here is something more recent that may also help you: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/business-apps/power-automate/guidance/manage-list-item-file-permissions

SharePoint Online? What about using Power Automate? There is a SharePoint HTTP Request action that I've used in the past for modifying permissions.... This sample is a bit old (so the screenshots / steps may not match what is currently available), but may get you started: ...

I wouldn't think so - if you are just summing by Field Office from the same data source. I'd probably drag the data fields from the data connection onto the form and take a look at the raw data to get a better idea of how to group it.

Perhaps try this one. You want to get the "brand" from the same data source as the initial dropdown is using for its data - so that's the main change I made. You need to right click the linked file and select save as to save the file locally. Then you can right click the saved file and select Design to open in design mode.

Thanks for the reply! The "brand" drop-down is sourced from a SharePoint list I created that is 1 column and just lists each brand so that way the list can easily be added to for new brands that may be developed.
I also did not realize I was able to attach my form. I have attached it to this message :)
Thanks again ...

Maybe try: sum(../d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:Total_x0020_Contract_x0020_Value[../d:FieldOffice = current()])

So - your filter looks right. But what is providing the values for the "brand" drop down?

Thanks, I thought it would be possible. I've run into those errors on another form, hasn't been an issue so far. I'm having a problem get a function to work and I'm not sure if it's me being stupid, or I'm asking it to do something it can't. I've set up a repeating table that shows "Field Office" which ...

What would help most would be a copy of the form. :)
