Are the values in the dropdown lists coming from Access? That's the only thing i can think of off hand because normally repeating controls that don't interact with external data do not repeat data

Since you need all fields to be filled out, just mark them all as mandatory and it will fail validation on submit and tell them they need to fill out all fields. No need to even mess with the submit button, and fields are all marked in red indicationg mandatory before they even think of submitting.

I am still not being clear. What I am trying to tell you is you cannot "add" a submit connection to your Access database. You need to use the database template when you create your form.

So - my question is - how do you expect the 2nd form to submit to the DB? It is not based off the DB, so there is no option to submit it....Your first form is based off the database. So it does submit to the database. I mean, you can add code to submit to a DB.... but I'm guessing that isn't your intent. Conditional formatting is part of ...

 I would like someone to be able to edit a form after they sign it and have it invalidate their signature and make them resign every time they edit. Is this possible in Infopath?
