There might be an easier way but you could add column to your repeating table with a text box in it. Put your formula in the "value". That way each time you add a row you'll have a new calculation showing the mileage.

So you have a rule on the other fields that if the signature field is not empty they can't be changed? If that is the case add a button (name it Edit Form or something like that) set the action of the button to clear the signature. That will solve the signature issue and unlock the other cells for editing.

That sounds like it will work, but the signature locks the fields, so you can't even make a change to any fields to bring your idea into play. Otherwise, it looks like it would work. Seems like I can't edit the fields, nor even remove the signature.

Okay. So it sounds like the form is a SharePoint List form - the directions you link to are for publishing a regular form to a form library. I think you can just add a new column to your list and then when you edit your form it will be available to you.

I've been working on a new form and had to let it sit for a couple of months. I now try to open it and I get the following message:
"InfoPath cannot load the view. The view may have been modified to contain unsupported HTML such as frames."
Since I am the only one with access to this template I know that I did not use any HTML ...

So New Form (View A) is submitted by the user, then gets approved by HR (View B), then Approved by COO (View C). Once approved by the ...
