If you're using repeating data for your fields, I think you can use preceding-sibling - so in your username field, you will have a rule that checks if the username is equal to the preceding username; and if so, then set the other username, data and time.

Hi, I updated your template fixing the extra spaces. It was the row height size that caused the issue. If you highlight the table, right-click and go to Table Properties > Row tab, you want to make sure that the option 'Automatically set row height' is selected. Cheers!
