Hi
I find it helpful in these scenarios to think about how I would create a datasource for this and to me this would mean I have 6 fields in the master table and the 7th field is in a daughter table in a one-to-many relationship. This would give you the repeating structure. Your current web service just sees field 7 as one field in ...

Hi
As explained in a similar post in the database integration forum the problem you have is that the old forms have a "map" for want of a better word of all their fields, data and field lengths, if subsequent design changes the field lengths it is expecting then it will fail saying it cannot locate the row. The simplest and ...

From what I can work out InfoPath knows what data you have changed but when checking it with the database finds an anomaly in ...

If you have published the form to your c drive it also holds a copy of the template there too.
Examine the fields with the stars in design mode of the version on your C: drive and check to see the validation on this form is the same as ...

Just a note that if i have my secondary datasources as XML files the form works perfectly well.
If some details get changed then i change the XML and upload it back into the form. The old .XML file is retained as a resource file in the template. I have to manually delete out the old .XML appended files each time i change the XML
