Hello, Where did you create the Admin Contact List? Did you create a Custom list for Admin group in Sharepoint? You can connect this Sharepoint list as a secondary data source to the form and Using UserRoles you can Switch Views.

Hello Using Conditional formatting, Hide the field into which you have the Populated value. Use the Conditions to hide the field that as long as the other 2 fields are blank and not equal to Similar fields. Only when the 2 fields are equal to the similar fields the populated field will be shown. Hope this will help you.

Hello , Did you by any chance changed the namespaces or the schema structure etc. Also check out the published url locations in the forms and Template. Also try publishing to the same form library instead of publishing to a different form library.
