analystntrg, Your InfoPath form can have multiple submit data connections. One can submit to email with the target defined by fields and formulas if you want. Another can submit to a SharePoint list, from which it's easy to pull an Excel spreadsheet.  Hope that gets you going in the right direction!  Glen

Hi, Is this possible? I need to highlight when the value of field(s) has been changed. So if the current value is not same as "new value" then do some formatting or some other action.
