First, in your data connections, find the Main submit connection and click Modify - change the FileName from @field4 to the IPAddressTitleName field and just click Next to go through the rest of the dialogs (you may want to select the option to allow overwrite if form exists if you want your users to be able to edit and save changes). I don't ...

I'm happy to take a look at your form and give you a hand. Just attach it here and I can delete it from your post after I download it. No need to apologize, you didn't know - that's why I mentioned it. :-)

In general, please don't post in the feedback forum - it is for feedback specifically on the site. :-) I have been moving your posts to the general forum - here's a link: https://www.infopathdev.com/forums/41.aspx
I usually add a field to my form for the form name - you don't have to show it on the form, you can just add it to ...

If this form isn't already in production, you could change to using a single list - you are right, if you are going to use a separate list for each type, you are just going to have to create new rules when you have a new type.

You can set a field's value to the now() function to determine the time a button was clicked. You can find some very complex formula samples online for determining the difference between two date / time fields - the math on those is outside of what I can understand, and I use code / qRules to determine date diffs - but it can be done with ...

If you ...

Drag the data connection query and data fields to your form, so you can see the data being returned, and so you have the option to try different values in the query field. Add a button that ...

I had thought perhaps they weren't browser compatible - but this indicates otherwise: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/web-browser-compatibility-in-infopath-forms-services-0356450c-82ec-40a5-b145-c7e935f73fdc - I added a sig control in a filler form, changed to browser compat and have an error saying the control isn't compatible, ...

I'm so sorry - still haven't had time to try to create a sample. Let me try to outline what I think you should do. Have a list, like you currently do, that has the type of invoice. Your user selects that from a dropdown in the form they are filling out. When you publish your form be sure to promote that field to the library. Add a data ...
