I would first investigate whether this is a machine issue, since no one else has experienced this. That is, have that user sign in and open the form on another machine. If the issues do not occur, then you'll know it's an issue with that user's machine. Let us know how your investigation goes. Good luck.

Where is the data stored? i.e. where is the list of managers stored? Once selected, where does the form go to get the data for the vendors? Is this information stored in Active Directory? SQL? SharePoint?

Please check the postback settings on the controls that have rules that execute in the browser.
You'll also want to test on another machine to make sure that it's not an Internet Explorer issue blocking the date picker functionality.

Hi MAK,
Add a boolean field called SUBMITTED. If FALSE (before submitting), use this to disable the checkbox. Set it to TRUE as part of the submit action, and use this to then enable the checkbox.
Good luck!

Is this a browser enabled form?

I wonder if there's something incorrect in the rules. You mention "row"; are you working in a repeating table?
I'm attaching a template where I clear the fields by setting the value to blank via button click. This seems to work for me. Can you elaborate on the result you see when using a similar rule?

It's hard to troubleshoot your rules, but I would suggest looking at the content of the xml at each stage of the process. Perhaps there will be a clue there. You can also add debug steps to your rules to determine at which point the rules/actions are failing.

I don't know the exact solution to this issue but a quick Google search yields some good leads, such ...

Can you explain what you mean when you say that "the submit button does not work"? Is it inactive? (can't click it) If so, then you need to check your conditional formatting.
Does it produce an error when you click it? If so, please provide further details on the error text.Thanks.
