I would only want something like a dialogue box that pops up and goes way as soon as the reviewer moves away from that particular section. I got around this by going to File>>"Advanced Form Options" Form Options>>(Uncheck) Show InfoPath Commands in Ribbon or Toolbar. This removed the whole toolbar from my forms. I created the same Save, Close, Current View options in a section of the form ... Posted to InfoPath 2010 (Forum) by Travis_H on 07-28-2020 Form Delete Option Hi- Just a heads up.. I only have SharePoint OTB and InfoPath Designer. I just ran into an issue where someone mistakenly deleted a record from SharePoint in the FORM view. My question is, is there a way to remove the 'Delete' option when someone pulls up the form in SP? Do you have an example on hand that you send to me? Posted to InfoPath 2010 (Forum) by Travis_H on 04-29-2020 Re: Authorized User Section That worked Great... Just one more added piece to the same question. If you could please help. What if I had 8 different managers that I needed to put in, along with a criteria piece (example, if Validation Field = Yes then the managers UserIDs)? Since we only get 5 If statements and I have already used 4, and need to add the other 5 userids.
