Hello Ram, Can you explain your steps in greater detail? It seems like your workflow is creating a new blank form? What happens to this form? Is the workflow running on the library where the new form gets created, or is it the result of a workflow running someplace else?

Hello Rd999, Is it possible that you have some conditional formatting or rules in there? Try opening the form in design mode and opening Tools --> Logic Inspector. See if anything is displaying for that field.

Hello, Can you access the site using the Alternate Access Mapping URL without going through the form and just typing the url in a browser? Add that URL to the hosts file on the server and see if that helps. Also, ensure that that URL is showing in IIS host headers.
