I was able to duplicate the issue.  To resolve, look in the form options under Security and Trust.  You have full trust checked.  Change it Automatically determine or Domain.  Then when you publish, select form library or site content type.  I think if you publish it locally and then upload to a form library, it still ...

Jigzy, did you publish the form to a form library, or as a content type? 

You'd have to try it, but I think you could publish the form as a content type including all of the fields that you want promote.  Add that form as a content type to the form libraries where you are submitting, and remove the fields that you don't want displayed. 

I'm also getting this error with qRules 2.1, has it been fixed in a later version?
