Thank you for the speedy response. Looks like that did the trick, and after a quick Permissions Wizard in the IIS control panel, I can see the DBXL control panel in my browser. Just to confirm, I had previously re-initialized ASP.NET (I was getting the 405 error), but that hadn't resolved the ASPNET permissions issue. Now to get started on ...
