Thanks for the info. However, I will be publishing the form for use by over 4,000 employees - do you know whether they have to have the SP2 as well for the form to work or will it be sufficient to just have it on my machine for designing purposes? Jo

Thanks for your reply. No, the PCs have the same image on them so I don't think it's that. Could it be something to do with the supporting files that each Infopath template creates? I'm not sure where it stores these files by default - how could I find this out? Jo
