• Tables and radio boxes

Hi Thanks for the help so far. I have 2 problems: How do I put a number on a table then when you click insert item the next number appears on the table? Also is there any way to get rid of the red dashes on the radio boxes when you preview the form (might be because they are mandatory fields???). Thanks again
