I don't see an option to save the form as source files. And should I be doing this from the version on my pc instead of the network drive? and how do I check the data connection in the manifest.xsf file? I don't see a file named this way. ... Posted to General (Forum) by lou d on 09-27-2021 Re: Configuring Sharepoint for Infopath I was able to get around this problem. However, whenever any user tries to use it, it always tries to connect with their ID instead of the one I embedded into the data connections. If the user has access to the database it works, but most users do not, so it fails when it tries to connect to the database with their ID. When they launch it they ... Posted to General (Forum) by lou d on 09-24-2021 Re: Configuring Sharepoint for Infopath Thanks. I am trying to republish the form to the network drive from my PC, and in the box where you put in the form template path and file name, I'm trying to put in the true full ... Perhaps this is temporary, but wanted to let you know. It works fine for me when I run it, or when another developer runs it. However, when I have a user (who downloaded the infopath software to their PC) run it, they get an error message for each of the data connections. The error ... Posted to General (Forum) by lou d on 09-21-2021 Re: Configuring Sharepoint for Infopath Thanks. I think I have it working now Posted to General (Forum) by lou d on 08-17-2021 Re: Configuring Sharepoint for Infopath The data connection for this form is using my credentials to connect to SQL server. I'd like to change this to instead use the credentials of a generic service account. Is there a way I can modify the data connection to change the credentials? I see the option to enter the credentials when I create a new connection (see attached screen ...
