Hilary, can you take a look at this form. I thought this was working before in previous versions, but now it is not saving the Title field by concatenating the ID with a string. The goal is to save the Title field value by concatenating the string "SR ID# " with the record ID. Trying the double tap method of saving record, populate ID ...

 Tried this and a few other modifications. The logic makes sense, just not working the way we want it to. I am going to try a few more things. Thanks for the help

 Attached form does not change record after selecting different item from drop down list on Query SRs view. I had this issue previously and had to rebuild form. I have another version this works with but not this one. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you in advance

I tried publishing all previous versions back to last Monday, all those came up with blank forms. Before that did not work at all.  I need to change the source of the data used to populate the attached IP form, but I cannot get in edit mode, suggestions?

Hilary tried a number of things including suggestion above. Ended up removing everything including all views and data connections, still get the blank form. Any suggestions?
