Hi Michael71 You can change the sharepoint column names be editing them infopath template in ''Modify settings and columns''. Using Form library columns in Tools->FormOptions.

Take the Check box type as Text(string) then select its properties and change them to Yes when checked and NO when cleared. Hope this helps you.
