Patrick - I am having same issue...did you ever help Ray sort this out?

Doing this adds the flicker issue to the form when tabbing through the rich text boxes. I know you can set to never postback and that resolves flicker but it doesnt resolve flicker if someone copies and pastes into the rich text boxes...any other thoughts?

Doesnt work for word wrapping

Hello. I have multi line text boxes that should word wrap but are not in either IE or Chrome. Well in IE they wrap but it splits words up and in Chrome no wrap. I added the IE tab extension for Chrome and it works but we dont want to push another tool out to everyone. There has to be a way to get this word wrap to work?

okay i will study it and thanks a ton for your time today Hilary. This one was just giving me a tough time. I am truly grateful for the time you spent helping me figure this out

Ive tried all different variations. The one you just used as an example returns nothing. if i dont use the substring function then it returns the manager email with the i:0#.f|membership| in front of it. Attached is latest version of form. Everything else is working perfectly.

I am looking for an MVP who can spend 15 minutes of share time on my screen or follow along with me on my form to troubleshoot one bugger of an issue. If anyone knows such a person please let me know as this is a stopping point in my project.
