Hi, You have to change Data type of “Total” field to decimal (double) and format it to currency and then publish the form. I think your “Total” field data type is by default Text. You have to change it to Decimal (double). By doing this currency symbol is not displayed but separators are displayed. I hope this will be helpful to you. Thanks

Double click on the view which you want to hide, View properties box is displayed. In View properties box under general tab uncheck the “show on view menu when filling out the form”. Doing this will not show the link in the 'View Menu'.
