  • Re: Changing existing Text Box's to RTB's

Thanks K, but the Data Type field (which displays 'simple text') is greyed out. I cant see any option to change this, It is greyed out on both the DataSource property for that field and the text box property. Any ideas on how to overcome this?

  • Changing existing Text Box's to RTB's

Hi all, I have 4 BIG forms with text box's which, now require the benfits of a RTB. My form is connected to an SQL DB. I have so many text boxes that it will be a fairly big task to change them individually as they also have conditions/Rule in some. My question is, how can I change the TEXT Box's into RTB's format without having to delete each ...

  • Changing values on repeating section

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I did a search and found info, but didnt help me. This should be easy for the pros tho :) I have a field in a repeating section (a checkbox) in which I used an onload to try and change the value of 2 fields. Code below: Sub XDocument_OnLoad(eventObj) XDocument.Query Set OC = ...

  • Re: auto fill other fields

I have a similar use, where I have two drop downs, and I can select a value from either and it populates the other Drop Down related to the value. HOWEVER, this does not work with repeating tables. Im using a formula, not a secondary data source, where I stipulate that drop down A = Drop Down B with a filter specifying the equal value, eg ID ...

  • Re: Auto number rows

Hi Matt, This does work great for insetions, but for a little issue where, once you delete a row, and then proceed to add an new row, the number generated is the same as the last number, eg: 1,2,4,5 and then add new repeating rows, which would then show 1,2,4,5,5,6,7 etc. So it seems to duplicate the last number, and in some cases, start the ...

  • Auto number rows

I need to auto number repeating section row field, but unlike use the preceding-sibling option, I dont the numbers to adjust if a row is deleted. Example, if I create 7 repeated rows, the row number would be 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. But if I delete say row 3, the numbers should still read 1,2,4,5,6,7 rather than adjusting for the deleted 3. Any ideas how ...
