I realized an issue where if the Start Date is the same as the today value, it won't count the record. The Start and End Date are coming from a data connection to a SharePoint list, so I believe it has something to do with the formatting of the ... I know this was several months ago, but finally I got around to troubleshooting and was able to get the updating to work. I did have to use the ID instead of the URL. I wanted to see if there were any suggestions on how to delete a record if they delete it from the repeating table? Since the record is ... The field in Infopath is a Datetime Picker. My problem arises when you enter a date and then change the time. The date is reset to the current date. My requirement is to have a Previous and Next for the user to navigate to the previous or next form in the library. I have it working correctly, other than it opens the forms in another tab and leaves the existing one open. And then once I have the IDs in that data connection, I'm not sure how I would pass them to the webservice connection? Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by jpl18lal22 on 07-22-2015 Re: Using CAML to update a sharepoint list... oh, my, god... Hmm, regarding your identifier column, I thought that was what I was doing by having the URL field. It is of field type "Single Line of Text". I guess I could simply it to just the form name? Or maybe I'm jsut not understanding what your suggestion. Again, thank you in advance for your assistance! Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by jpl18lal22 on 07-22-2015 Re: Using CAML to update a sharepoint list... oh, my, god... Hilary, Yes I am using CAML and the UpdateListItems web service. I meant I can't use anything that would require Visual Studio since I don't have access to that. Funny you should provide that link! The list that I'm updated is created using the link that you sent. So I have the Form library with the form with a ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by jpl18lal22 on 07-22-2015 Re: Using CAML to update a sharepoint list... oh, my, god... So the only way to update it is by the SharePoint List Item ID? Is it possible then for example, to update the status field of all 3 items below to be cancelled? Keep in mind I cannot use code. I'm trying to understand which part of this tells it which record or records to update in the list? I know the data connection has the List ID. The only unique ID I have in my list right now is a URL (Single Line) field.
