I have a form that uses drop down list to choose a user's email address which the form the uses later for replying to email depending on the outcome of the form. however when the next receipient receives the form they can change the drop down's previous selection. is there a way to lock down the drop down after the first user submits the from?

How do i create a section that when a user selects a filed in a drop down list, the next few related fields will auto fill. Example a sales rep chooses his name from a drop down list and then his sales id, sales manager, and territory are automatically selected.
