• Re: Date Calculation in a Repeating Table

Hi Franck! I already changed my code to what you suggested, but the field still doesn't change. I might be doing something wrong. Here's what I did private void SyncDifference(DataDOMEvent e) { IXMLDOMNode date1Node = e.Source.selectSingleNode( ''my:ResourceStartDate'' ); IXMLDOMNode date2Node = e.Source.selectSingleNode( ...

  • Date Calculation in a Repeating Table

Hi, I have a repeating section that has a date picker for the 'Start' and 'End' dates. It also has a field that computes for the difference in days between the two dates. I found an article that shows how to do date calculations at this site, http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/archive/2005/01/25/360318.aspx It works for fields that are not ...

  • Re: Updating a Secondary Data Source

Hmmm... It does make sense but unfortunately, I'm not that familiar working with web services. I was hoping there was a direct way of modifying them either through code or rules. I guess I'll have to read up then. Thanks Franck!

  • Re: Updating a Secondary Data Source

Hi Franck! I created an infopath form that will be published to a sharepoint site and the workflow will be handled by biztalk. This form will be accessible throughout the organization through the network (sharepoint). The form itself, after processing, will have sharepoint as the final repository. For the dropdown and other lookup values, I made ...

  • Updating a Secondary Data Source

I have to create an 'Order Number' which is basically just in (YYYY-XXX) format where YYYY is the current year and XXX is a number. I have to know what the last XXX was so I can increment it by 1. And if the year increments, I have to reset the XXX count to 0. So I thought I could use a simple xml file to store the current year and number and ...

  • Re: WSSLib2

Thanks Patrick! Not yet, but I'm on it. Can't seem to find the Sharepoint Biztalk adapter whitepaper. All I got was the ''Developing Integration Solutions with BizTalk Server 2004'' article. As for the labs, if it's the VS hosted(hands-on) labs, I'm afraid I won't be able to access those due to internet restrictions on my workstation. Do you know ...

  • WSSLib2

I'm trying to put together a infopath using sharepoint and biztalk project. And I came across this adapter for sharpoint. I already looked at the included sample application. Now, I already have an Infopath form and published it to the Sharepoint form library. I'm trying to use the adapter for my project but I don't know where or how to do it. ...

OK. Had to find out the hard way. You have to have the .Net framework.

  • Re: Carriage Return In Text Box

If you are not that comfortable with script (like me!) You can use rules. create an xml file which consists of the following: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <characters cr="#xD;" lf="#xA;" crlf="#xD;#xA;" /> then add a recieve data ...
