I just need a quick way to launch an application I've written in VB .NET - I don't need a pointer to it after I launch it. Posted to General (Forum) by trentdudei on 10-18-2005 Launch Other Applications Is there a way to launch a disconnected application from InfoPath scripting editor? Similar to ‘Shell(appPath)#%92 Or ‘ShellExecute(appPath)#%92 Posted to General (Forum) by trentdudei on 10-18-2005 Check Boxes Is there a way in InfoPath to make the check-box control stand out better? I've toyed with outlining on the select, but this would entail a ton of code (unless I'm overlooking something). I have a section of one of my forms that contains approximately 175 checkboxes on one page - I'm looking for a way to make the selected answer(s) stand out a ... If I am opening an .xml from a previous version of the current template, is there some way it can be updated? My outside sales force will create 'templates' that will have to be updated when new products are offered. Posted to General (Forum) by trentdudei on 10-18-2005 Updating Version Does Infopath allow for some sort of updating process to the version of the form? If I have a user that created a document using version A - could he / she update the version of the form (keeping the existing data) if say version B of the form offered a new option? Posted to General (Forum) by trentdudei on 10-13-2005 Click Event Handler How do I get to the click event handler to create custom scripting? Posted to General (Forum) by trentdudei on 10-12-2005 Re: Check-boxes used to show/hide optional sections Believe it or not, I found my own answer - I was thinking backwards. In the optional section, you have the ability to hide the section based off of a field - you can do this by: Click on Section Properties Select the Display Tab Click on Conditional Formatting Then add the applicable rule. Sorry for taking up space, hope this helps someone down ... Posted to General (Forum) by trentdudei on 09-22-2005 Check-boxes used to show/hide optional sections Is it possible to use a check box to hide an optional section? When I attempt to create the rule, I'm being told that I can't modify a group. This check box would exist outside of the optional section (The check box exists in a section heading that would need to remain even if the section associated with the heading is hidden). Posted to General (Forum) by trentdudei on 09-22-2005 Creating Section Breaks Is there a way that a printed form can break @ the section level? The form we've created uses optional sections, so the standard page break fuctionality is of no use to this form. The standard and optional sections utilize many tables, so a break within the section is often visually confusing to the end user. We'd rather see a quarter page of ...
