Hello guys, I use the people picker to  set certain values in text fields. At first the person has to find a person via people picker then the value of the people picker is stored in a texfield (DisplayName) and then on this Basis the telephone number and the fax numbe rshould be set, but this is not working. How can I use this function? ...

 Hello guys, I've got a question. I would like to use the people picker field in the sharepoint Designer. I would like to compare the field if it is empty it should do nothing and else should an approval process. How can I do that?  Best regards Matthias

 Hello guys, I've got a problem with the colouring. When I try to colour the background in infopath in grey, it's a table, then I publish the form. After that the colour is not excately the same. Some parts white and some rows are grey. What is the problem behind this? I hope that you can help me! Best regards Matthias

Thank you very much, but nevertheless it didn't work. I tried to compare a the value of my field and then value in my people picker field. If they are equal is should be set to 1 and if they are unequal to 0, but the rule didn't change any value. I hope for your help!

Hello guys, I have a strange problem. I try to compare the value of a people picker field with a current User value AccountID=Value[Name=AccountName]. This is wrorking to hide a section or disable a field, but when I want to set a value to a field it doesn't work at all! Do you know where the problem is? Best regards Matthias
